Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment through the confirmation text message/email, booking app or by texting 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment time.
Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the total appointment cost to the card on file or an invoice will be sent via text/email and must be paid before any future appointments are booked.
